We hate when Terms of Service aren’t human (not a lawyer) readable, so let’s change that. Just know that these terms can change at any time, and any changes that affect these terms will be announced 2 weeks before the change. ooEGO is committed to cultivating a community of users who are passionate about making, learning, creating and sharing new innovative technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Quantum Computing, Blockchain among others. We strive to be a representative option of the aforementioned technologies that can be within the reach of all types of people, regardless of their level of education, religion, nationality or beliefs of any orientation. One of our goals is to give confidence in the quality products that we offer and develop. This is shared with global communication, guiding us to universal knowledge for anyone who wishes to try our technology in its different facets, and where excellent experiences are created. Our customer service team will contact buyers who have disputes or concerns to reach good terms on negative feedback or other issues and try to help them return in the best scenarios for both parties and meet our standards. These terms are first stated in the English version and then there is the Spanish version.

• The products offered have been tested in our quality area to ensure their proper functioning and scope.

• This is an open market – anyone can give their opinion, however it must be considered that Sciblock devices (Ego One) and software may have limits like any technology, these limits are based on technical capabilities in each case where it is applied, the end user must be very clear that the products offered on ooEGO.com and Sciblock.net are products for prototyping, they are not for production environments.

• In the event that the end user decides to use the products offered on ooEGO.com or SciBlock.net in productive environments or any environment that involves any economic loss or loss of any kind, the end user will be solely responsible for covering said losses of any type that arise.

• ooEGO.com does not own any of the images, data or information listed by a user.

• Any information listed on the site may be used by ooEGO.com to drive more traffic to ooEGO.com or Sciblock.net. You’ve done some cool things, we just want to show it.

• ooEGO.com cannot be responsible for any products in production environments and/or environments where they are only intended to be demonstrations in any environment.

• ooEGO.com reserves the right to remove inappropriate content from the forums.

• The user (purchased) is informed and understands clearly and with no distortion an assumption that any of our products listed on our site and that is purchased through are in constant improvement and any type of failure, error, malfunction, or with erroneous results will not be cause of any type of complaint or legal demand from the user to the purchased (ooEGO.com or any representation it has). The user acknowledges and is fully informed that any failure, error, malfunction or erroneous results in the execution of any type of environment developed by the end user does not give rise to any legal claim of any kind.

• The users (buyer) understand that ooEGO.com and Sciblock.net do not have technological tools for learning and are oriented towards prototyping environments only and exclusively.

• Any purchase of products made on ooEGO.com or referenced to Sciblock.net has technical limitations, where the scope in the development of prototype projects is at a “Basic” level and proper functioning will depend on the type of Smartphone model used, as well as the Android version being used, therefore no type of guarantee can be given.

• You are purchasing a digital product and agree to the No Return, No Refund Policy.

• You have tested the sample app successfully on your device before purchasing the extension.

• You can use the extension in as many projects as you want and pass the generated apk files to as many end users as you want. Of course, you can also publish your apk files to Google Play and other services.

• This is a single user license for you as an App Inventor developer, which means the extension (Aix file) is for your use only. You are not allowed to pass a paid extension (aix file) or a project (aia file) containing a paid extension to another person, publish it in one of the communities or distribute it to others.

• In the event of non-compliance with the license, ooEGO.com may remotely deactivate the license without any type of notice. Every license has an activation key which, if the user fails to comply with the annual license, the extension is deactivated.

• The licensing is annual, that is, it lasts 365 days after it is sent. If the license is renewed, the user (buyer) must request it in advance to avoid problems when the licensing term expires.

• There are a lot of different Android devices available in the market. We do not have the ability to test the example on all of these devices and therefore cannot guarantee that the Ego One software (extension) and device is running successfully on your device.

• THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR THE COPYRIGHT OWNER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

• THE ABOVE APPLIES IN THE SAME TERMS TO PHYSICAL DEVICES (EGO ONE).

• ANY LEGAL ACTION OR DEMAND BY AN END USER TO ooEGO.com, SciBlock.net or the companies that represent these sites, the user of their authorization of immediate cancellation in any terms that they wish to execute any legal action against the aforementioned sites.

• In the event that the users (buyer) insist on taking any type of legal action against or economic, moral or damage of any kind directed at ooEGO.com, Sciblock.net or companies they represent, the user will cover all legal expenses of both parties and undertakes to fully remove the image and corporate functions of the aforementioned sites and the companies that represent them.

• All legal actions (litigation) against ooEGO.com, SciBlock.net and/or their companies that represent them, are exclusively carried out in the territory of the country of Mexico. When making a purchase from ooEGO.com, SciBlock.net or related companies, the user admits and gives full consent in accordance with the products they are purchasing.

• Any purchase made by the user (purchased) must first have tried the demo extensions (software) found on the SciBlock.net site. This testing process is the sole responsibility of the user (buyer), if it were the case of purchasing extensions in any of its modalities and the user upon receiving the licenses and software did not work, do not open any type of financial refund, because it is considered that before the purchase the user has already tested the proper functioning of the extensions and/or the modalities to be used.

• The user (buyer) understands the aforementioned risks, both in the economic and functional part of the ooEGO.com and SciBlock.net products.

• Any distortion, misunderstanding or doubts in these terms and conditions in English will be based on the Spanish version as the validity for any clarification.

• Guarantee on the Ego One device is fulfilled only in situations of normal use, in any other case the replacement guarantee does not apply. If a warranty of use applies, the user (buyer) will make the return via courier of their choice and the costs will be covered by the buyer. After receiving it at the factory, ooEGO.com will evaluate whether the use was adequate to apply the replacement guarantee for the same model.

• Shipments will be via standard courier with estimated delivery times of 4 weeks. This is based on the high demand we have for the Ego One. Shipments will begin processing after the Pre-Order period expires. Consider the start date of shipping your order as March 28, 2028.

• Technological limitations. The user must consider that the technical limitations of Ego One are a function of its capabilities. Based on the above, the user must take this consideration. In the case of the Sciblock.net software, the limitations depend on the Smartphone model to be used by the user (Smartphone is not included in any price of the products offered on ooEGO.com and Sciblock.net).

Odiamos cuando los Términos de servicio no son humanos (no un abogado) legibles, así que cambiemos eso. Sólo tienes que saber que estos términos pueden cambiar en cualquier momento, y cualquier cambio que afecte estos términos se anunciará 2 semanas antes del cambio. ooEGO se ha comprometido a cultivar una comunidad de usuarios que son apasionados por hacer, aprender, crear y compartir las nuevas tecnologias innovadoras como son Inteligencia Artificial (AI), Computo cuántico, Blockchain entre otras. Nos esforzamos por ser un opción representativa de las tecnologías antes mencionadas que puedan estar al alcance de todo tipo de persona, no importando grado de educación, religió, nacionalidad o creencias de cualquier orientación, una de nuestras metas es dar confianza en el que se encuentran los productos de calidad que ofrecemos y desarrollamos, esto se comparte a la comunicación mundial orientándonos a un conocimiento universal para cualquier persona que desee probar nuestra tecnología en sus diferentes facetas, y donde se crean excelentes experiencias. Nuestro equipo de servicio al cliente se pondrá en contacto con los compradores que tienen disputas o alguna duda para llegar a buenos términos sobre comentarios negativos u otros problemas y tratar de ayudarles a volver en los mejores escenarios para ambas partes y cumplir con nuestros estándares. En estos términos primero se enuncian en la versión inglés y posteriormente está la versión español.

Los productos ofrecidos han sido probados en nuestra área de calidad para asegurar su buen funcionamiento y alcances.
Este es un mercado abierto – cualquiera puede opinar, sin embargo se debe considerar que los dispositivos (Ego One) y software Sciblock puede tener límites como toda tecnología, estos límites están basados en capacidades técnicas en cada caso en donde se aplique, el usuario final debe tener muy claro que los productos ofertados en ooEGO.com y Sciblock.net son productos para realizar prototipos, no son para ambientes de producción.
En caso de que el usuario final, decida usar los productos ofertados en ooEGO.com o SciBlock.net en ambientes productivos o cualquier ambiente que involucre alguna pérdida económica o de cualquier índole, el usuario final será el único responsable de cubrir dichas perdidas de cualquier tipo que se presente.
ooEGO.com no posee ninguna de las imágenes, datos o información listada por un usuario.
Cualquier información listada en el sitio puede ser utilizada por ooEGO.com para conducir más tráfico a ooEGO.com o Sciblock.net. Has hecho algunas cosas geniales, sólo queremos mostrarlo.
ooEGO.com no puede responder por ningún producto en ambientes de producción y/o ambientes donde solamente se orienten a ser demostraciones en cualquier ambiente.
ooEGO.com se reserva el derecho de eliminar el contenido inapropiado de los foros.
El usuario final (comprado final) está informado y entiendo de forma clara y con ninguna deformación un supuesto de que cualquiera de nuestros productos listado en nuestro sitio y que sea comprado a través de están en constante mejora y cualquier tipo de falla, error, mal funcionamiento, o con resultados erróneos no serán causa de ningún tipo de queja o demanda legal del usuario al comprado (ooEGO.com o cualquier representación que tenga). El usuario reconoce y queda plenamente informado que cualquier falla, error, mal funcionamiento o resultados erróneos en la ejecución de cualquier tipo de ambiente desarrollado por el usuario final no procede a ningún reclamo legal de ningún tipo.
El usuarios (comprador) entiende que ooEGO.com y Sciblock.net sin herramientas tecnológicas para aprendizaje y orientadas a ambientes de prototipos únicamente y exclusivamente.
Cualquier compra de los productos realizada en ooEGO.com o referenciados a Sciblock.net tiene limitaciones técnicas, donde los alcances en el desarrollo de proyectos de prototipo son de nivel “Basico” y el buen funcionamiento dependerá del tipo de modelo de Smartphone que se use, así como la versión de android que se esté usando, por lo anterior no se pueden dar ningún tipo de garantía.

Usted está comprando un producto digital y acepta la Política de No Devolución, No Reembolso.
Has probado la aplicación de ejemplo con éxito en tu dispositivo antes de comprar la extensión.
Puede utilizar la extensión en tantos proyectos como desee y pasar los archivos de apk generados a tantos usuarios finales como desee, Por supuesto, también puede publicar sus archivos de apk a Google Play y otros servicios
Esta es una única licencia de usuario para usted como desarrollador de App Inventor, lo que significa que la extensión (archivo Aix) es sólo para su uso. No se le permite pasar una extensión pagada (archivo de un aix) o un proyecto (archivo de un aia) que contiene una extensión pagada a otra persona, publicarlo en una de las comunidades o distribuirlo a otras.
En caso de presentar incumplimiento de licenciamiento, ooEGO.com podrá desactivar remotamente la licencia sin ningún tipo de aviso. Todo licenciamiento tiene una llave de activación la cual es caso de que el usuario incumple el licenciamiento que es anual se desactivara la extensión.
El licenciamiento es por anualidad, es decir tiene una duración de 365 dias después de su envió, en caso de renovar la licencia el usuario (comprador) deberá pedirla con anticipación para no tener problemas cuando se vence el plazo del licenciamiento.
En caso de que esté interesado en una licencia de usuario múltiple, por favor póngase en contacto por correo electrónico en info@ooego.com o puede comprar los paquetes de licenciamiento en línea.
Hay un montón de diferentes dispositivos Android disponibles en el mercado. No tenemos la capacidad de probar el ejemplo en todos estos dispositivos y por lo tanto, tampoco puede garantizar que el software (extensión) y el dispositivo Ego One se está ejecutando exitosamente en su dispositivo.

• EL SOFTWARE SE PROPORCIONA “TAL CUAL”, SIN GARANTÍA DE NINGÚN TIPO, EXPRESA O IMPLÍCITA, INCLUYENDO PERO NO LIMITADO A LAS GARANTÍAS DE COMERCIABILIDAD, IDONEIDAD PARA UN PROPÓSITO PARTICULAR Y NO INFRACCIÓN. EN NINGÚN CASO LOS AUTORES O EL PROPIETARIO DE LOS DERECHOS DE AUTOR SERÁN RESPONSABLES DE NINGÚN RECLAMO, DAÑO U OTRA RESPONSABILIDAD, ACCIÓN CONTRACTUAL, AGRAVIO O DE OTRA MANERA, QUE SURJA DE, FUERA DE O EN RELACIÓN CON EL SOFTWARE O EL USO U OTRAS NEGOCIOS EN EL SOFTWARE.

LO ANTERIO APLICA EN LOS MISMO TERMINOS A DISPOSITIVOS FISICOS (EGO ONE).

CUALQUIER ACCION LEGAL O DEMANDA DE UN USUARIO FINAL A ooEGO.com, SciBlock.net o las empresas que representen estos sitios, el usuario de su autorización de la anulación inmediata en cualquier termino que desee ejecutar algún acción legal en contra de los sitio antes mencionados.

En caso de que el usuarios (comprador) insista en realizar algún tipo de acción legal en contra o perjuicio económico, moral o de cualquier índole dirigido a ooEGO.com, Sciblock.net o empresas con los representan, el usuario cubrirá todos los gastos legales de ambas partes y se compromete a sacar de forma íntegra la imagen y funciones corporativas de los sitios antes mencionados y las empresas que los representen.

Toda acciones legal (litigio) encontra de ooEGO.com, SciBlock.net y/o con sus empresas que los representa, se realizan exclusivamente toda acción legal en el territorio del país de México. El usuario al realizar una compra en ooEGO.com, SciBlock.net o empresas relacionadas admite, da su consentimiento total de conformidad con los productos que está comprando.

Cualquier compra realizada por el usuario (comprado) este debe antes haber probado las extensiones (software) de demostración que se encuentran en el sitio SciBlock.net este proceso de prueba es responsabilidad exclusiva del usuario (comprador), si fuera el caso de compra de extensiones en cualquiera de sus modalidades y el usuario al recibir las licencias y software no funcionaran, no abra ningún tipo de devolución económica, debido a que se considera que antes de la compra el usuario ya probo el funcionamiento adecuado de las extensiones y/o su modalidades a usar.

El usuario (comprador) entiendo los riesgos antes mencionados, tanto en la parte económica como funcional de los productos de ooEGO.com y SciBlock.net.

Cualquier deformación, mal entendimiento o dudas en estos términos y condiciones en ingles, se basara en la versión en español como la validad para cualquier aclaración.

Garantía en el dispositivo Ego One, se cumple únicamente en situaciones de uso normal, en cualquier otro caso no aplica la garantía de reemplazo. En caso aplicar garantía de uso el usuario (comprador) realizara la devolución en mensajería a su elección y los gastos serán cubiertos por el comprador. Después de recibirlo en fábrica en ooEGO.com se evaluara si el uso fue adecuado para poder aplicar la garantía de reemplazo por el mismo modelo.

Los envíos serán a través de mensajería estándar con tiempos estimados de entrega de 4 semanas. Esto es basado en la demanda alta que tenemos del Ego One. Los envíos empezaran a procesarse después del vencimiento del periodo de Pre-Order. Considere como fecha de inicio de envió de su pedido a partir del 28 de marzo de 2028.

Limitaciones tecnológicas. El usuario debe considerar que la limitaciones técnicas de Ego One están en función de sus capacidades. Partiendo de lo anterior el usuario debe tener dicha consideración. En el caso del software Sciblock.net la limitación van en función del modelo de Smartphone a usar por el usuario (Smartphone no está incluido en ningún precio de los productos ofertados en ooEGO.com y Sciblock.net).
